The brief: Maintain the general apartment layout and original charm while adding a 4th bedroom and 2nd full bathroom. Modernize and brighten the space with minimalist finishes, in timeless and natural materials. source and purchase all materials. Work with the contractor to stay on plan and schedule. Work with the consulting architect to file plans with the DOB and Condo board.
